Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging (where applicable)
  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns

What You Can Return

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items received during delivery
  • Defective products
  • Unwanted items (must be unused and in original packaging)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage/defect
  2. Contact our customer service team on 021 207 3944 or send us an email: sales@turrimgroup.com With your order number and photos
  3. We will process your refund

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Package the item securely
  4. We will arrange collection of your return

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method – Do we have the ability to refund
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective
