Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take clear photos of the damage/defect

- We will process your refund
How to Return an Item

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Package the item securely
- We will arrange collection of your return
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method – Do we have the ability to refund
- Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective
